What we collect
We collect the information needed to manage RSVP records, contributions, auction bidding, membership interest, investor interest, and event operations. This may include your name, email, optional phone number, public alias, and consent choices.
What appears publicly
Public recognition is optional. We never display your email, phone number, payment reference, private notes, or raw account identifiers. Anonymous preference overrides any public alias.
How information is used
- Operate the fundraiser and event
- Confirm transactions and reconcile records
- Manage auction bids and winners
- Respond to membership or investor inquiries
- Contact you for marketing only when you separately consent
Contact and deletion
Approved contact information and retention periods must be confirmed by the NOWHERE team before public launch. Financial and auction records may need to remain for accounting, integrity, or dispute handling.
